# Setup Your Blynk Account

If you do not already have a Blynk account create one [here](https://blynk.io/).

After creating an account you will need to connect your device to the Blynk cloud. Instructions to do so can be found [here](https://docs.blynk.io/en/blynk.apps/device-management/add-new-device).
